We take great care to photograph and describe each item accurately so you can make an informed decision before purchasing.

Please read all product descriptions carefully and check the listed sizing and measurements before completing your order.

While we do not offer returns for change of mind, we do comply fully with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.

If you believe your item is faulty, damaged in transit, or not as described, please email us within 48 hours of delivery via the contact page, with photos and details of the issue.

We’ll review the case and work with you to reach a satisfactory resolution.
